This tv has brought everything back into our life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our tv to catch up on the NEWS, every day waking up to that, and going to bed and leaving the home in Ambient mode. We mainly use NETFLIX and You Tube to watch movies, TV Show Series, and 4K Relaxation, which has made it more accessible and alot more enjoyable. The picture quality is out of this world.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your new 2021 QN85A Neo QLED TV. In addition to the several picture modes on your TV, you may also want to try adjusting additional picture settings if the picture you are seeing is not to your liking.
You can go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), Picture Clarity Settings, Local Dimming, Contrast Enhancer, and many more.
To always ensure that your TV’s picture is optimized, please be sure that you are running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.
Should you need further assistance with image quality adjustments, please give us the opportunity to assist you. You can reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

AMAZING

The picture is so crystal clear that you can see the crystals in the grass and people's facial features to the imperfections in their face. Bright beautiful rich colors specs and great to watch football games and action movies.

Quantum Matrix Technology is powered by exclusive Mini LED designed technology engineered to give you hyper-focused brightness and dimming in all the right areas. To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1708.0 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

Treat yourself and buy this tv!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this tv is absolutely amazing. Whether it’s watching sports, movies, tv shows or playing video games. The colors are amazing and there is little to no bleeding. I was skeptical about this but I recommend it to all my family and friends when they are looking for a new tv (already got 2 people to get one).
