Exactly what I was looking for

I am primarily a gamer who will also watch most of my TV and movies from my various applications like Netflix or Disney plus so I have to say this TV fulfills all of my current needs
Well except for one lol as I'm also a huge anime nerd so although they have Funimation they do not have Crunchyroll but as this is my only disappointment I have no real complaints so far so the last 2 months have been a blast

Great color and clatity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV stays on most of the day while we are home. We have a fire stick and a Roku HOOKED up to the TV. Also waTch some over the air local TV. We can get 30 Ota channels with AN OUTSIDE ANTENNA. PICTUE IS CLEAR AND CRISP. . WE LOVE THE BRITISH shows like Midsummer murders.

Beautiful tv but advanced features need work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the QN90A attached to both the xbox series x and PS5. I have also attached the Q950A 11.1.4 soundbar. The TV itself is absolutely stunning and infinitely customizable to whatever your needs are. Game mode is fantastic! 4k120 without breaking a sweat on anything that supports it. I was also able to get 120hz through the soundbar into the eArc port which was a bonus. VRR and ALLM is cool. I love having everything connected at my fingertips with Smart Things and Alexa.
There are drawbacks. Dolby Vision is missing and its absence is noticeable. Atmos is amazing but I had to spend a lot of time getting the audio to sync up with the video. I haven't been able to ever get them completely synced up but it is tolerable now as long as I use passthrough and leave off some of the new features. Q-symphony and Adaptive Sound+ are cool ideas but need work to prevent them from making lag problems worse. I hope that future firmware updates will correct some of the problems and most importantly FIX THE LIP SYNC ISSUE!! With a Samsung TV and Samsung Soundbar of this caliber and price, this should never be something that needs correcting.
Also be aware that not all of the features and options will work in game mode. For example, I can't put it in surround sound mode while in game mode. Some of the picture settings are unavailable in game mode if VRR is running. But even with the problems, this is still 1000% percent better than the TCL tv that I was using previously.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN90A TV and for sharing your experience with Game Mode functionality, as well as sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1708.0 which includes updates to improve your TV’s performance and address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model. 2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) 3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. 4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
When in Game Mode, please know some features such as Adaptive Picture, Active Voice Amplifier, and Adaptive Sound+ may not be supported. If Game Mode is enabled, Picture Mode and Sound Mode are switched to ‘Game’ automatically.
In Game Mode, the Sound Mode may not be automatically switched depending on the selected audio device on the Sound Output menu; however, if you wish to switch to ‘Surround’ in Game Mode, go to: Home > Settings > General > External Device Manager > Game Mode Settings. From here, you will be able to enable Game Mode features such as Surround Sound, Dynamic Black Equalizer, Game Motion Plus Settings, and Game HDR.
