Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV ""BUT"" the instructions were not good at all and real small to read. I had a Q 9 - 4K 65' and knew how to use it. But had to call Samsung and go on You Tube for help on some things. Should explain more and on a larger letters to read!!!

To further assist you in various settings, functions & features of your new TV, you can download the QN90A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the QN90A TV under "Samsung Neo QLED 4K” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a few weeks ago, and so far it has performed great. I use my TV mostly for watching Netflix TV shows or listening to music. The great thing about this TV are all the apps that it comes with and you can add like Spotify, and not to mention it also comes with Alexa.

Back side design not friendly

pockets for inserting power cable, usb, hdmi etc are shallow making it difficult to insert stiff cabled plugs in to sockets. the port labels are indented in black - difficult to read. tthe power cable socket gets coverd with mounting bracket and is at blind spot to insert power cable. very bad arrangements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Picture but Issues with Audio for Apple TVs

picture of the tv is great. setup was somewhat easy to do. the audio cuts out frequently when i use apple tvs to watch shows/movies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review of the QN90A Neo QLED TV and for sharing your details of your sound cutting out. Please be sure you are using a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel, sometimes called HDMI HEC cable. Also be sure to enable HDMI-eARC in the Expert Settings menu. Lastly, please also verify that you are running the latest firmware (ver.1560.5). You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

Better than Vizio

all my tvs are (were) vizio's. i bought this 50 inch, and the connectivity is amazing, and the colors pop, especially when i am playing on xbox. i enjoy eating squad; however, after watching a squad documentary on this tv, i think i might not eat squad anymore because of how clear everything is. i like the connectivity so much i just bought my kids a 32 inch and now will be replacing my office tv with a 32" neo qled. i little on the pricey side but so far i think it is worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i love the tv but

hy i just bought this tv last week and i loved but i found a problem about local dimming on game mode i have my setting on local dimming to max in when i play with my x box and i notice the object non highlights on the screen will dim down and loose color and brightness!! and if i turn the local dimming to low will keep all the color same saturation on the intere screen ! i like to have my local dimming to max but as soon i do i will lose color and saturation on the border of screen if they not are highlits ! why happned? will be a update firmware soon?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quantum Matrix Technology is powered by exclusive Mini LED designed technology engineered to give you hyper-focused brightness and dimming in all the right areas. To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
