Gorgeous Picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is superb! There are so many settings on the TV to help get the picture perfect for your setting and content. I also love the Q Symphony addition Samsung has added with their soundbars and newest TV's! It adds a lot of depth and volume to the things you are watching or listening to.

Rainbow Effect

just bought the tv. after configuring the unit, i noticed all the glare and the rainbow effect from the lights. i have never seen anything like it. my old samsung 4k tv doesn't have the same reflection problems. needless to say, the new tv is on its way back to samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Glitchy

The TV constantly is slow when I start it up, even after hard resets and clearing the memory cache. Glitches randomly with applications freezing. Feels like I’m dealing with an old android phone

rainbow effect

tv supposed to have great anti reflection but any light that hits it makes a rainbow effect, i have an oled right next to it and zero problem looks much better. samsung tech said keep lights off, move tv how about samsung changes the refection panel. samsung has had this problem for years come to find out.

For optimal glare control, we recommend repositioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.

Please know there are image adjustments you can make to optimize your picture to suit your preferences. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:

1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

You may also want to try adjusting additional picture settings if the picture you are seeing is not to your liking. You can go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), Picture Clarity Settings, Local Dimming, Contrast Enhancer, and many more.

Intelligent Mode also enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Adaptive Picture, which is among the options, optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing.
