Absolutely BEST TV but NO to the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our new NEO Qled for basic stuff like cable tv and Prime. The tv itself is remarkable in every sense, but the remote is too restrictive in features so we have to resort to our Spectrum remote to accomplish what we need. The channel up and down, the volume up and down as well as the mute on the Samsung remote is too hard to manipulate on this tiny remote. We also despise that there are NO numbers on the Samsung remote to key in a specific tv channel, and there is no guide for the cable channels. What we would love is one Samsung remote to handle basic cable tv and Prime/Netflix. Please change this remote so we don't have to revert to ALEXA or any other voice commands. Thank you!

To assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new Solar Cell remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Samsung makes a great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not going to connect this to to a cable subscription. Via Ethernet, I plan to stream and game. It’s a little disappointing that this lux tv only has one HDMI 2.1 connection. Otherwise, the tv is great. The QN90 is so thin and color pops. My TV is next to a large window and whatever Samsung did to prevent reflecting is working great. Another great feature are the pre-loaded app that make streaming easy. I’m a big fan and definitely recommend.

Crisp picture great for watching sports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a huge NBA fan and with my team heading to the Finals, I finally decided to pull the trigger and upgrade my entertainment center. The 75” ended up being a perfect size for my living room to be able to capture every possession with a crisp picture. Coupled with the sound bar, it really felt like I was a part of the games. Movies and shows look great as well. We are really looking forward to football kicking off this fall.

Stunning Picture & Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my QN90A for 4K @ 120 Hz gaming & HDR streaming. The picture is absolutely stunning! The blacks are deep, the highlights pop, & the color is vibrant! The spectrum (color gamut) is so much wider than on any other TV I’ve seen. Everything is clear, sharp, and latency is almost nonexistent. Aside from not supporting Dolby Vision, I’m very happy with it.

Excellent now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung customer for many years. I had a Plasma 58" for many years, and loved it. I wanted to experience the 4K in all its glory, so I bought the newest Neo. When I was watching real 4k it was amazing, but watching regular 1080P Cable TV was very disappointing. I had to have the Vendor that sold and installed the TV out twice to adjust it. It was Flashing and changing settings by itself. I was at the point of returning it, but I think the AI took over and learned the analog cable signal. Now it is better than the Plasma by far. I wish I had been told about this from the beginning. Anyway now I am in love with it.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has great features. 120hz and VRR are great. Had to disable some settings to illuminate jitter and had to adjust the audio delay to get the sound to match. All is perfect now.
