Great replacement for 10 year old plasma screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has good color and great blacks compared to the older tvs we have. Black levels are comparable to my old, still working plasma screen. We moved and had space for a much larger TV than our 42in models. So far this has been great for streaming 4k and HD content and HD video gaming via a PS4. I also got a matching soundbar and love the way the TV speakers integrate with the sound system.

The perfect TV

I use all the smart features to watch my favorite movie/show apps with the help of the Alexa voice command on the remote. It adds to the luxury feel

The picture quality is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV for streaming, movies, sports, local and national news. The picture quality is excellent, colors are bright, and some shows it seems are like a live performance. The sound quality is the only thing for me not giving it 5 stars, on some programs the sound is too low , others too high, and it has to be adjusted higher or lower.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. To enable Auto Volume, go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test

Great features for the price.

We highly recommend Samsung, especially the new streaming devices.
What impresses us is the price of the cable for 1 year for our 13 year old Samsung was more than the price of the 55 inch QLED4K.
Plus now there are so many features that make this TV a power house for entertainment, even going to the gym in your own living room!

Fantastic Picture

The picture is truly incredible, and I’m constantly impressed how good tv shows like Loki and nature documentaries look in 4K HDR on this TV. For gaming, the picture is lifelike and fully immerses you. Very happy with this Samsung purchase.
