Picture quality

love the picture, but having a big problem with voice delay, when watching regular broadcasting on my spectrum cable box. there is no problem, when watching wifi programming like netflix or prime. if i pause the station and restart it’s fine, until eventually it delays again. hdmi cables are fine.

Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
