Great picture quality, one huge GLARING flaw

so this picture has great picture quality rivaling oleds with deep blacks and high brightness that oled can't currently rival.
however if i'm watching a movie or tv show and there is an indirect light source that i have to get up and walk several feet to see in the tv it causes a rainbow reflection to go across the entire tv which is very distracting and ruins the picture quality.
this is especially bothersome when i have guests over and turning off all the lights and closing all the blinds in my house isn't practical. i've never had such poor reflection handling in a tv.
as you can see from the photos i've uploaded i'm watching a brightly lit tv show during daytime, three lights are reflected by the tv and you can also see my window. is my unit defective?

A return label in the bottom of the packaging

i just received my qn90a 85 inch tv today and after mounting it but before turning it on i removed all packaging from the staging area. to my surprise there was a return authorization with rma in the bottom of the package. sure enough, when i turned on the tv, more than half of the screen was damaged. mind you, the shipping box was nearly pristine and the tv itself had no discernible damage when off. i am flabbergasted to have received someone's return as a new product and have promptly initiated a return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The TV is nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV mostly for gaming, secondly movies and streaming. It has amazing features for standards, and great picture quality. The only issue I notice is how bad the blooming is for this TV. It's easily visible. And the local dimming at times take from the overall quality. Would easily be a five star for me if this were to be fixed

Displays art without compromising on performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an awesome tv, it mounts nearly flush on my wall with the samsung 2021 mount, has ambient mode to display the art I choose which was something my wife really wanted. Some oleds have art display but cycle after a few seconds to prevent burn in and you can't customize the pictures or art. We wanted to have a tv that could display the art we wanted for as long as we wanted and this was perfect.
In addition, I didn't want to compromise on picture quality when it came to normal tv stuff like playing games, movies, sports. This tv displays stunning picture quality on my ps5 and streaming movies shows and sports. The only thing I can nitpick is that they dropped the price on this just after I bought it! No regrets great tv for my uses.

Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
