Very Bright Screen that needs some tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for movie watching, set to Filmmaker mode, local dimming high and motion smoothing settings 3x3. You’re welcome. View angle is great for a VA panel. Remote easily fits in hand and easy to use. Pedestal stand works best for credenza etc. HATE forced privacy agreement. Overall great upgrade if you are ready but certain OLEDs might scratch more itches.

Amazing picture and and very fast loading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use this tv for streaming but some times I play games on it. I used to use another device to watch Netflix or hulu but this tv has an amazing connection speed and the interface has no lagging issues which makes it pleasant to use the apps through the tv.
I have two issue with this product however and one they can fix with a simple update.
First issue is the tv does not have an option for downloading the twitch tv app, hopefully thats not an issue in the future. The second issue is blooming occurs when credits role on a black screen or there are bright objects on a dark screen. Its not the biggest issue of all time but i do notice it.
Other than those issues this is a fantastic product and i highly recommend it to you if you're on the fence about getting this tv.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a OLED before and this compares very well. Good quality picture and the built-in sound is adequate for my living room. Have had it for just a few months. Hope it lasts for a reasonable number of years, beyond the extended warranty that I have purchased. This is because my OLED only lasted 3 years, and I did not have extended warranty for it.
Will recommend this TV. Also, though it applies to any tv these day, recommend buying the extended warranty.

The picture not any better than last year's model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch both comcast provided channels and streaming apps. Some apps are slow to response initially.
Voice sync is not good on either comcast or apps.
Need to use remotes from Samsung and Comcast to switch between apps and regular channels.
Once a set blue tooth speakers were selected was unable to add additional set blue tooth speakers.
Yes, the picture is good as last year's model.
Why do i still have it? Good question. I haven't decided if all these problems are the product, comcast or me. All i can say is we didn't have these problems with last year's model.

Thank you for choosing Samsung’s QN90A TV and sharing your experience with sound delay issues. It could possibly be a source issue, but if you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

Please know that our 2021 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

On your TV go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

You can control your Comcast cable using your TV’s remote by following these set-up steps:
1) Connect an external device to the HDMI port of the TV, and then power on the external device. Your TV will automatically recognize the device when connected through HDMI and will switch the output. If it doesn't automatically detect it, then keep following the steps to set up Universal Remote.

2) Press the Home button on your TV remote to access the Home Screen. Using the directional pad on the remote, navigate to Source. When the selector is placed over Source, the Source menu will appear. Press UP on the directional pad to access Universal Remote.

3) Select Universal Remote on the Source screen. Next, select Start and make sure the device you want to connect is turned on. When your desired device displays, select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and register the device. The instructions may vary, depending on the device type selected.

4) Your TV and the remote will memorize the external device and its connection port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) to make controlling everything even easier. Occasionally, the device may not respond after it's registered. To make sure the connection is made, you need to re-register the device.

Please keep in mind when pairing Bluetooth devices to your TV, the connection is one-to-one – meaning your TV can only connect one Bluetooth device at a time. However, you can still output audio from both your TV speakers and Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio.
