Great features. Great picture

Gaming with Nintendo Switch is really fun to play on the qled 4k A90 series.

We replaced a Samsung with a Samsung, as Samsung is our choice in appliances. We enjoy our nature documentaries and survival team tests that show the great outdoors and beauty of the world.

Nice TV, overpriced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for PS5 gaming and movie watching. This TV is great for gaming, due to no worries of burn in, and games look stunning. For movies, I did a side by side comparison with my old 55” plasma watching The Boys on Amazon Prime. The plasma had noticeably better black detail, so I would imagine that an OLED would outperform it for movies. This is a little disappointing due to the fact that this TV costs more than the highly rated competitors OLED. Brighter movies look great and the black level is nice and black. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and it’s performance for movies, but especially games. I know it is still the “cutting edge” model for Samsung, but I do think it is a bit overpriced.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the image quality. You can choose from different Picture Modes to suit your preferences. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode to choose from (Standard, Natural, Movie, Dynamic, & Filmmaker Mode. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
When in Game Mode, you may also want to try adjusting additional settings like Dynamic Black Equalizer and Game HDR to achieve the best performance.
Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Adaptive Picture, which is among the options, optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and your content.

Great Picture & Sound, So-So Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound quality on this television is second to none. We shopped this against comparable LG models and found this to be better quality image, sound and overall experience. We replaced a 4-year old Vizio 4K TV that was starting to lose it's LED backlighting. Overall, this is a HUGE improvement over that set, and we are very glad we made the upgrade. That said, the only thing that we are slightly disappointed in, is the Smart TV interface. Our old Vizio had Chromecast built into it, which gave us several dozen more apps to watch things. It also gave us a much easier way to view services such as Pluto. Essentially, the best way to describe the menu interface on this TV is clumsy. You can find what you are looking for, but the layout and design of the menus are not intuitive or always easy to navigate. We would love to see several rows of apps upon opening the settings menu. If Samsung can push a software update that improves this interface, then we have no doubt that it will be the absolute best TV on the market (aka 5-stars).

Beautiful Display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a gamer and wanted to upgrade my gaming experience. Almost every game looks better on this TV. This TV brought life into the details of games that didn't have much detail to begin with. The TV has a fast response that was a tad bit faster than my old Samsung TV and that took some getting used to. Its a great TV. I am very impressed with the sound and picture. I do not regret my purchase in anyway. I am very happy with this addition to my living room.

Clarity Beyond Compare!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Samsung QN90A about 2 months ago and decided now is the time to review. After this much time watching and critiquing this television, I must say that the picture color and clarity is far beyond anything I could have imagined, even with the 4k system. The NEO QLED is brighter, sharper and cleaner than any 8K TV I have seen, and I know this TV will last a very long time as it is a sturdy system, even if the provided base looked flimsy from the start. It holds up very well, and looks even better when flat mounted to the wall. Could not have purchased a better overall TV, and would 100% buy again!
