It's an okay TV. The picture is good overall and the sound is usually pretty good. The smart hub..... is kind of a pain in the ...... I don't always think it's that smart. It's difficult to get things connected. It's not as simple as they make it sound. The personal control over the apps is very limited - I would like more control. So for me, the interface just isn't so great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Frequent audio drop out with Sonos connect to eARC. Use to work fine until update 2141. Won't update to 2201 even when attempting to load by USB.

Great tv set our purchased in ‘21. Still holds up well with the new QN models and far exceeds anything with the Crystal UHD line up. You can not downgrade after a QN85A. Just replaced with ‘25 QN80F, can wait to get it delivered and set up.
