Best colors ever

The colors are amazing, the black is real and basically with no blurry image at all.
It really impressed me with the crystal image quality.
And I come from 4k Sony TV before so I know about picture quality and Samsung is above all right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream all day for kiddos, this tv is a live saver! Kids love , easy control, my 3 years old can turn on, select YouTube and stream without me! Kinda scare to see that happening ! But was a great investment and we are getting great family time on this COVID age!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my television for streaming watching 4K ultra high deaf movies also gaming on my PS5 And this TV handles it all beautifully. The brides are absolutely bright and the blacks are as black as can be. I would definitely recommend this television.

Beautiful picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV mainly for streaming using my apple tv 4k. The picture quality is phenomenal with deep blacks and rich colors. Only problem I've run into is when streaming 4k content, there is often some lag following the streaming service ads where the sound does not come back for 30 - 45 seconds.

Thank you for your review of the QN85A Neo QLED TV and for sharing your details of your sound cutting out. This may potentially be related to the app, channel or content you are streaming, but if the issue is occurring across multiple app platforms, please try the following steps:

1. Optimize the Smart TV performance with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

2. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

3. If the audio drop issue is happening when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.

If this does not help, we ask that you contact us for additional troubleshooting or assistance with setting up a service appointment. You can reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
