Love samsung products.

Clear picture. volume is great. In settings you can adjust just about anyway you want, thats awesome!. Thanks samsung fir reliable, great products! Im a customer for life, plus tell other all the time how wonderful ya'll are.

Missing Live Tv Pause & Recording

writing this to express my disappointment with no live tv pause and over the air recording. i have a ota antenna and usb drive. there is no reason that i shouldn't be able to pause live tv. the picture quality on the tv is great. just frustrating to not have features enabled that were available previously.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Close, but no cigar. Basic functions missing.

epg has no search function. i was amazed how can this be, that i can't search a program by its name, when this was a standard thing about 20 years ago with many devices i had, but here this simple quality of life feature just doesn't exist, like a fridge missing its light.
i have plugged a hard drive to my tv as it supports it, but there's no way to make it kick up with the tv, so i could rewind and pause as i please. now it must be manually started every single time i start up the tv. no automation allowed here.
maybe the local dimming is still a work in progress or something, as the colours are sometimes very badly washed out in high contrast (dark/light) scenarios when it's in use
also the frame edges smell like garbage bag left in the sun. so i avoid getting too close to the tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
