Good tv, horrible remote

Con: 1.) Interface with internet connection could be better. About 50% of the time, the initial connection will get disconnected but then re-connect (annoying but manageable). 2.) The remote keeps getting disconnected and the ONLY way to get it working again is to unplug the tv for 30 seconds (you really need to wait this long) and then press/hold the undo & fast forward buttons (really super annoying)
Next tv purchase will not be a Samsung...I'll go back to Vizo.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your remote. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote: 1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds you’re your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset. 2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow. 3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

The best product I ever spent money on.

We love everything about it especially when we use it as a family with the nintendo switch amazing thank you samsung and need it up with the great job.

I like the size...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming, movies, sports. The size is great, even else doesn't rise to what Samsung promised. Screen is much less any glare than my previous Samsung QLED (75" CIRCA 2017), interface with Samsung soundbar (Q950A) leaves a lot to be desired with unexplained disconnected from tv despite being connected via high quality eARC HDMI cable. I will say when it is activated the sound quality of tv+soundbar is wonderful. I like the remote too; it's solid and small but does what you need it to.

Good picture, apps/home screen

the picture is very nice. the tv comes with a gaggle of pre-installed apps and sponsored content, and you can't remove them, hide them (remove from home screen). also can't remove live tv icon being first on the home screen.
and don't get me started on the sponsored content.
very upsetting that they don't indicate anywhere on their website or packaging that there is no ad-free experience available with their tv, nor that appletv, peacock, netflix, hulu, amazon, and others, have all paid to ensure that you can't remove or hide their apps, regardless of the fact that you don't wish to subscribe to them, or use them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although they cannot be deleted, please know the Apple TV+, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, Prime Video and Samsung TV Plus apps you’ve mentioned can be removed from your TV’s Smart Hub by pressing and holding the ‘Select’ button (in the middle of your remote’s circular pad). You will then have the option to either ‘Move’ or ‘Remove’ from the Smart Hub.

Best TV ever!!! No joke

And each and everytime I bought a new tv, it was better than the previous one. And I've been super impressed every single model I purchased. But this time I shelled out the extra to buy the 55 inch q90a neo qled. Let me say that this by far the best ever. It gives me feel good chemicals everytime I turn it on. The colors are beyond vibrant, and the clarity is something I've only dreamed of. The brights are super bright, but only where things should be bright. Everytime the sun is being shown, it gives me a similar feeling of being outside and experiencing the sun. So in other words pictures come to life when playing anything on this screen. The lights being shown feels like the TV shows a true source of light. Simply amazing. The contrast of lights to dark are simply amazing. The 120hz native just makes everything super smooth. I play anything from 4k movies to play my ps5. Every experience has been incredible. It makes me want to re experience every movie I've seen just to see the things I've never experienced before. I wanted to also mention that every TV I bought since the early 2000 all work flawlessly still. That just speaks volumes of the craftsmanship of all the products they make. I'm on love with my TV, thank you Samsung!!

going to return it and buy an lg oled. the person that designed this with a separate earc from the 2.1 hdmi should be fired. terrible design... i fight with getting audio than i do enjoying the tv ... adios samdung

Beautiful TV

considering i"ve had the tv for three days i simply love it. the neo qled was purchased to replace a samsung curved hd set that was eight years old. the tv does have a bit of a learning curve and obviously smarter than me but i will catch up. i love the easy setup as it seamlessly connected to my home network and my cable service.i bought the tv for a family room with large windows and southern exposure. the glare on the screen is virtually nonexistent and the viewing angle is perfect from any spot in the room. the 4k is great and i like how the processor upgrades everything to 4k. the sound quality from the speakers is better than expected so i'm glad i didn't buy a soundbar (have one for each of my other samsung tv's). this smart tv exceeded all my expectations. good job samsung.
