[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't review it yet since I only have the use of 3 burners and I can't use the oven. How did it leave the factory in that condition? The oven door doesn't stay open. Certainly can't try to take something hot out of the oven without getting burned. Since you insist I rate the oven now I can only give it a 1. It needs to be repaired. It's brand new. Check your appliances before they leave the factory .
