[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a mixed bag for a baby monitor. For the positives the screen is large and the picture is good. I did not lose signal when using the monitor without the app. The app is ok, nothing to spectacular, UI could use some work. One major issue we had was the temperature reading on the monitor was extremely off. We realized it was due to the camera heating up to the point where it was reading the heat from the camera itself.

This provides an much needed pice of mind. Did not have these one my older kids were born. This is a must have for any new or older parent! Best bang for the buck and provides you that extra security for babies and tots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Motorola VM64 Connect Single Camera Baby Monitor has amazing app features that allows you to talk through to your infant and also play lullabies and nursery stories which saved me from having to purchase a separate sound machine for the room! The video quality was ok, sometimes the night vision appeared pixelated. Overall, worth the value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the mom of a newborn who did not have a baby monitor yet, I was ecstatic to receive and try out this product. Motorola is a trusted brand, and I looked forward to trying out one of their baby products. I liked that it didn't come with a thousand parts, and it was pretty simple to set up. It comes with a small monitor to watch and hear your baby, but you can also use your phone by downloading an app. The camera allows you to zoom in and move side to side a small amount. You can also talk to your baby or play white noise or lullabies even. The picture is pretty clear and allows you to see in the dark. There is a slight delay which some parents might not like, but for me this wasn't a huge deal. What frustrates me a little is that sometimes when I turn on the monitor the picture won't show and I have to turn it off and back on again. I also get annoyed that the monitor seems to have a very short battery life, so you'll need to charge it often. If the camera get disconnected (usually because I've unplugged it purposely) the monitor will make a loud alarming sound which can be annoying. But beyond that, it's a simple to use camera that seems pretty reliable. You can mount it on the wall or just place it on a dresser like I chose to do. Compared to another surveillance camera I have, this product has way more features but it's a little clunkier. I would consider buying this product again if I was in the market for a baby monitor and I would probably recommend it to friends and family members.
