I find this to be effective for what I am looking for. I don’t like the fake Botox look of huge lips, and this does not do that.
I use this with the PMD kiss tool to plump up my lips a bit, but most importantly to avoid getting lip wrinkles as I age.

Not sure why it is called a serum. It feels very gritty on my lips. Not smooth like a serum.
