I asked ONE very simple and straightforward answer about one product and I still never got an answer although I was told more than once I would definitely hear back from someone named Sarah. You ask your customers to pay too much of their hard-earned money for these products that are supposed to have these amazing formulations with scientifically-backed active ingredients and you can't even answer a question from a customer? Your lip serum according to your company "uses hyaluronic acid plus a unique blend of powerful ingredients" but yet the HA is literally the last ingredient, even being listed after Phenoxyethanol, which cannot be in a strength of greater than 1% in any cosmetics/skincare, so there's almost zero hyaluronic. Also, the mail ingredient is dimethicone, a man-made silicone that is used in products like Kinetic Sand, Putty, slimes, adhesives, and water-repellants! So, I guess I am glad you didn't bother to give me an answer because I was compelled to find the answer myself and I just saved my money and my skin.

Yes Hyaluronic acid is the last ingredient. But Dimethicone is a very important ingredient. Silicones are important in skincare because they create a barrier that makes the hydrating and moisturizing matter in the skin (or lips in this case) rush to the surface. This gives the surface of that area an instant hydration boost and a well needed plump. Dimethicone and lots of other silicone ingredients are used widely in skincare and beauty formulations for this very potent and effective reason. This serum is to be used in conjunction with other hydrating ingredients that are included in the PMD Kiss system. The Hydrakiss lip mask will provide excellent hydration while the Smart Lip Plumping serum is made to create the protective barrier and provide maximum plumping.

I absolutely love the Smart Lip Plumping serum. It smooths my lips and they really feel plumper. I'm almost 70 and since using this product and my other pmd devices I hardly have a wrinkle on my face. People are shocked when they learn my age. Part of it is genetics but pmd plays a huge role. Thanks for such great products and service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the lip serum once. It stung. I have used other lip plumping serums and had to go to the doctor because evidently I am allergic to them. Therefore, I cannot use this product.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the PMD Lip Serum. We are so sorry that you are unable to use, not just the PMD Lip Serum but lip serums in general due to sensitivity and allergies. These type of products do help with plumping because the ingredients trigger blood to rush to the surface of the skin that the serum is on, but for some, like yourself, can sometimes cause sensitivity.

Not a fan of this serum since it did not help to make the PMD plumping device work better. I was sadly disappointed because I really love the PMD devices.

I am in my mid-fifties. This lip plumping serum Makes my lips look like I am in my twenties, *natural* twenties: there is not a fake, procedure/surgery look that forces youth and looks artificial; this serum makes my lips look young for real.
