No suction!

The suction is terrible. 😞 not what i expected at all from an upgrade

The PMD Elite Pro has three suction levels, with the highest suction setting matching that of the suction level on Personal Microderm Classic and Personal Microderm Pro. We consider the Elite an upgrade because it allows you to decrease the suction strength and decrease the speed of the disc rotation. This is valuable for individuals with more sensitive skin, or who want to target specific areas and take 2-3 passes without overexfoliating the skin.
If the Elite that you received does not have that same level of suction on the highest setting that you had on your previous devices, there may be an issue with the device itself. We definitely want to make certain you have the amount of suction you were previously used to having. Please be watching for an email from our team so that they can assist you in resolving this concern.

Leaves my skin so smooth which I love. Pores on my nose are still big, I’ve used it for 3-4 weeks 1-2x/week. The first time I used it, even after watching the videos, I took a layer of skin off so beware. I didn’t realize I must have had too much pressure on it. I looked like the joker when it scabbed up the next day. It took me a minute to realize what had happened .

The personal microderm elite is a great tool that helps to improve your skin’s appearance. It is easy to use and the results were seen after a short time of using it. My pores have decreased in size and my skin is looking healthier.
