Has Dolby sound which sounds awesome. Very lightweight and compact. Love that it comes with a pen and monitor bends for ease in signing documents electronically. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this laptop for school because the battery on my old one finally bit the bullet and wouldn’t hold a charge after about eight years of faithful service. I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and so far so good. It struggles a bit on more processing heavy things like MATLAB, but honestly I have yet to meet a computer (or person tbh) that doesn’t struggle with MATLAB. It does get VERY hot, so I sometimes have difficulty using it actually on my lap.
My main issue lies in the pen. I suppose I could purchase another pen, but I had hoped the included one would be actually functional, which I can’t really say it is. When I try to draw a circle with it, only the bottom half comes out. It doesn’t really do sensitivity well. And I’ve gotten what I think are battery notifications after like 30 min of use (not great when my classes are an hour and a half to three hours). I don’t think the buttons on it work either.
Also it comes installed with Windows 11 which is an evil garbage OS.
But the amount of ports on it is nice for such a thin device.
