I had a great experience with my previous Lenovo laptop which worked for 7 years for me. So, I decided to buy my new laptop from Lenovo. While I have been really happy with overall of the laptop, the laptop is not being charged properly. It looks like a loose connection between the charger USB-C and the laptop charging port. I confirmed that the charger itself is fine and work well with other Lenovo laptops. However, when I connect the charger to this laptop, it only charges for a few seconds then stop. I contacted Lenovo support last Friday, they tried to update the BIOS and solve the problem but were not successful. So, they said they will send someone to fix the issue for me. Looking forward to fix the issue and continue using my brand new laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful solid feel to the laptop. Replaced an old Lenovo T470s. Was a little worried it would feel a lot heavier as it is a 2 in 1 which I never use. But the weight difference is negligible and the improved graphics and performance are great. Price was to good to pass up.
