Great 2-in-1 with some frustrating drawbacks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great business 2in1 laptop with some frustrating drawbacks - mostly ergonomics and not a deal breakers.
The screen is great, looks good and very bright to use in various settings. I work often at the kitchen with a window at my back - the light does not distract at all.
Keyboard is good too and very comfortable to use. The ability to switch F and CTRL buttons is a bonus.
I used stylus a couple of times and with matt screen it actually feels as if you are writing on a regular paper.
Now to the bad stuff:
1. the camera is 720p, which is very low and affects the quality of communication.
2. Both USB-C ports are located on the same side, which is frustrating - I am using my laptop in a tent mode connected to external monitor and keyboard with the monitor on the left side. In this setup the use of both USB-C connections, which appear on the right side is simply a pain... This decision to keep both connections on one side is a mystery to me.

Touch wasn’t working when it arrived but it started working after a couple of days probably due to the climate difference and it needed to climatize and dry out. It was -20 out when it showed up in the UPS truck. And it came from the south east us. Hopefully it keeps working. So far so good. Seems to run Minecraft alright it’s a bit laggy. But everything else I do with it works well. Customer service was ok when I called them about the touch not working they offered to replace the computer and then the next person I talked to about the return and exchange put me on hold for 1/2 hour. They claimed thier computer crashed. I’ll give them the benefit of doubt. Thankfully the next morning my computer touch decided to work.
I am not disappointed in my purchase fingers crossed I get 5 years out if it.

Face and finger detection. I can't find anything to fault it for. Battery lasts a day for my use and recharges quickly.
