[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought my Pro 360 about 6 weeks ago and its been my best investment currently in my life. The s pen works perfectly and competitors device can't compare to the speed and efficiency provided with the device. Works perfectly for taking notes for university.

It came with a loud sound coming off the fan, like if there was a screw hitting it.

Great Product, Just not for Me.

first of all this laptop checks all the boxes. screen awsome, processor and gpu intel got it right. ram and ssd are plentiful for a business type user.
i wanted so much to keep this machine however coming from a surface book i could not deal with the 16 x 9 aspect ratio. another quirk i could not get around was the track pad. (which does everthing its supposed to do but lots of things i dont need it to do)
it has all of the usb c connectivity and wifi you could ask for. i did have an issue with ax/wifi 6 speed but again intel and samsung sent out 4 updates in the 2 weeks i had the device.
i would love to see this machine and screen lose the 10 key and go to a 3x2 aspect ratio. it would make it lighter than an lg gram.

It is UNBELIEVABLE that Samsung, HP, Apple, have not come up with a laptop, or notebook with a back camera so that you may show people what you are looking at while looking at your screen, this would give any Table a run for its money, even IPAD PRO.. it would be first in the industry and a BIG BANG!!!

The only bad reviews are people that have damaged the product themselves or think it's a bad machine because they don't know how to run computers. This is probably the most capable productivity laptop on the market. Hands down the best.
