Lightweight, good battery, but has quality issues

i liked the light weight, touch screen, and battery life.
but quality is not so good. occasionally it won't turn on and we have to wait for the battery to completely drain. and now the camera won't work.

Amazing

this has to be one of the best laptops out there the battery life is excellent even the other day my baby son spilled water on it and its still working like brand new. i defined recommend laptop is perfect for everything work school travel home personal use and gaming

Quickly quit working.
Previously, I loved Samsung products. However as soon as this item was out of warranty, it stopped working. I have since went to a different brand of laptop, which isn't as thin as this one was, but I haven't had any issues with it.

after two years everything is braking the keyboard the touchpad the touchscreen it is not very well built. everything is plastic and made very cheaply. performance is great battery life is great that's why a gave it a 2 star instead of a 1

Great!, but not perfect

I'm a college student and an artist, just so you know how I'm using the computer. This is also my first samsung device as my last laptop was a macbook pro. I love how slim and light the computer is. the screen is super colourful and bright. I love the pen and ths touchscreen is great. The only cons I can find are the speakers and camera. The speakers are very low quality, sounding like an old portable cd player. The camera lives up to the android phone stereotype. But I knew those were some of its set backs when purchasing. I am overall very happy with my purchase. I don't think i'll ever buy an apple computer again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great until it wasn't

i have had this computer for less than three months. initially, it was great, however now it lags extremely and often overheats. i am not doing anything crazy just simple normal academic tasks. however, i was tolerating this until today, when turning the screen from tablet to normal, the screen cracked from one end to another. this is completely unacceptable, as a student, i cannot simply buy a new one, nor i can go without a computer for a long time to get repairs. it is really maddening to see a large crack after less than three months of normal use. i would not recommend it.

Not what I was expecting

My first option is always Samsung when it comes to tech. I buy the latest technology from them because I trust the quality and performance of their product. I have never had a problem with the quality of their products up until I purchased my Galaxy Book Pro 360. Being a university student, I bought my laptop for school and use it solely for school related purposes. The performance and functionality of the laptop is absolutely great. I never had issues with a slow software or laggy system even with the numerous applications open at once. Although the software and internals of the laptop are superb, the physical framework has not met my standards. Since I started using my laptop, I gradually noticed increased design flaws. Starting with the hinges, they are very weak and cause the screen of the laptop to not sit properly and move on its own when not opened correctly. This can be very frustrating, especially when I try to use my laptop as a tablet or even type, since sometimes the weak hinges are enough that typing causes the screen to shake. Moreover, I noticed overtime a rattling noise coming from the speaker. The rattle gets louder as the volume goes up and this started occurring weeks after my purchase and rattles to this day. This makes the speaker use awfully hard and annoying. Finally, the overall frame of the laptop is extremely flimsy. You can easily bend not only the screen, but even the keyboard. The screen is very flimsy. After about a month of owning my laptop, I came across a crack in the corner of my screen that appeared out of nowhere. I take care of my electronics, always keep them in cases, and never abuse them, so finding a crack appear after careful use is bizarre. Now I am even afraid to carry the laptop in my backpack to avoid any more damage. My expectations for Samsung products are that they are made of quality; unfortunately, I do not see this with my Galaxy Book pro laptop. I was hoping for a great laptop especially for the price, but unfortunately, I will not be looking into Samsung in the future for laptops. The quality is incomparable to some competitors.

Software Issues

I received my Pro 360 on May 17th. Last week, I had to send it in because a BIOS update had stalled, and the computer would not work after 5 minutes of running it. I received the blue screen. I sent it in for repair work, and I received it back today. The mother board was replaced as part of the repair work. When I turned it on today, the computer still would not boot. This time, I received a new error message - “all boot options are tried”. Googling, it looks like this is a common Samsung computer issue. I’m hoping to send in for an exchange this time but very concerned that other computers will experience similar software issues. I would not recommended this laptop.
