The greatest laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this laptop for 2 months. Arrived one day earlier than I expected. Wonderful laptop with an i7 11th generation processor and 16 Gigs of RAM. I do not know how they did that. I can't get 16 gigs direct from Samsung. Samsung limits their sales to 16 gigs of RAM. It has fast USB ports! Shipped with Windows 10 and reliable than wireless -- as long as the wire isn't running across some power adapter LOL. Love it. Works like a charm! The NVMe SSD drive is FAST! I also purchased a USB C to Ethernet adapter and it recognized it immediately and gave me 2x the wireless download speed and the same wireless upload speed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Truly fast tablet with solid features

some kind of internal issue . that i have not been able to get fixed. it randomly shuts off and won't turn back on until it feels like it. even when it is plugged in.
never know when it will randomly shut off ..

Don't Buy - Broken Screen and Extremely loud fan

I highly suggest you don't buy the Galaxy Book 360. 30 minutes after opening it, the screen turned black and weird colors showed up. it took 5 minutes to start working again. This is a common issue with this laptop. My brother have the same issue with Book 360.
Also, the fans are super super loud.
Although I love how thin and light this is. I would never recommend this laptop to anyone.

The Screen Cracked Simply Opening it.

I use this device in a docking station. However, I have to open it sometimes. The screen cracked simply opening it. Make sure you use both hands on the sides.

So Cheap build

Really cheap work samsung. Speakers are joke, mouse pad is over sized and if you useing this pc on lap which is suppose to be bcz its notebook not a table pc. its mouse pad get clicked by self or freeze bcz of very poor support under neath, Try this one and you will feel it. Work so slow and get lag on action while charge pluged in. place from where you open it is so wrong. You touch web cam everytime when open and get finger prints on cam. So many unwanted and useless apps which cant be delete and some of them you delete they get back again in update. In disscription they said metal material but its cheap plastic atleast use good quality plastic.

Close to excellent notebook .... with some flaws

The Good:
I really like the specification and also the ability to link my Samsung Note 10+ and Tab S7.

Hated the fingerprints that are left on the surface of the notebook from handling. Would have expected Samsung to have considered this when designing this notebook. It's a pity as it would have been an excellent notebook otherwise.
