I bought and with less that 3 months the screen had crack in the middle also the mouse pad doesn't work very good. I had already replaced one because the touch screen was going krazy

Samsung could do a better job!

had to return mine. fhd resolution why not at least 2k, flimsy hinge, speakers are not enough loud. it's a useless machine on a bright day.

Constantly crashes, freezes, and restarts itself

I have had this laptop less than three months and it is useless. It typically crashes within minutes of starting. I have not installed any unusual software and no amount of updates can fix the problem. This laptop is outrageously disappointing.

ONE BIG DEAL BREAKER

returned without even turning it on. the hinges are so weak that it won't stand on a hard surface in tent mode - it collapses flat under its own weight. what a shame. how did this hinge design ever get out the door?

Flimsy with dim display but very thin and light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is very thin and light but I would not buy it again. The display is to dim and it bounces up and down with any movement (like on a plane or your lap).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed....barely turn it on. I wanted to up load pics and music, but no USB. Tried several adapters - still can't do it. Also can't get the Bluetooth to work. Very frustrating.

Not happy. Died after two weeks

two weeks after receiving my brand new galaxy book pro 360, the power went out. no warning, no symptoms, just a blank screen. for the two weeks that it worked, i was impressed by its speed, smoothness, and portability. when it went dead, i had to send it back to samsung with all of my personal data, including my unfinished tax return! i vowed to never purchase another samsung laptop after the last one died on me. i've learned my lesson.
