Beautiful laptop; not best for careless children

It's a beautiful laptop and works great for my purposes. I use it for business and often have it docked and connected to a three-monitor setup, wired mech. keyboard and mouse. When used as a laptop, it is extremely light and this gives it an extremely fragile feel. So, my portable use has been adjusted accordingly until I get some protection on it. This hasn't limited my use in any way, but I'm coming from a laptop that I could toss around (e.g. completely dropped more than once) and not have it even blink.
I saw several reviews about screen cracking, one even suggesting to only open with both hands--- I don't know what kinds of laptops these reviewers are used to, but I can't see how anyone holding this laptop doesn't feel they need to be a bit careful with it. And in line with the review showing a completely smashed screen, I'd suggest not opening it by laying it on the pavement and having a truck drive over it.
All that said, it's a beautiful laptop for many uses--but maybe not the best choice for an irresponsible child.

Beautiful paperweight, horrible computer

i received this on a friday and returned it the next tuesday. straight out of the box, i was having issues with it. this computer would not charge and when it did charge, it only lasted about 5 hours. once i unplugged it, it still registered as still charging and wouldn't give me a time until fully charged estimate. the touchpad also froze up in multiple instances and i couldn't use the touchscreen to move the mouse either. sunday night, the screen turned off and never turned back on. the fingerprint reader also only worked about half of the time. these are all known issues on forums that they havent fixed. look at forum complaints before buying.
it is very slim and light however, the keyboard is too shallow and the 10-pad is too compact. it also got covered in ugly fingerprint smudges.

Sleek and light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Galaxy Book 360 is light and sleek. perfect for traveling when weight is a factor. The video graphics are great when playing a PC game. It has a AMOLED screen which is great for the games I play. The 15.1 inch screen also flips all the way to convert into a tablet of sorts. The click button finger pad is nice to have when you don't want to tote a mouse around. The Galaxy Book 360 does not have a traditional USB port. Not a deal breaker but definitely a mild inconvenience. It does have 4 USB C ports, one of them being the charging port. The keyboard lights up for easy typing at night. All in all this Galaxy Book pro 360 is nice, light, and fun to play around with.

Absolutely Stunning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Where do I start! This is another great Samsung product. I use it for light gaming and school. It’s very fast, very quiet, especially in no fan mode when you really need quiet to focus! Unlike other reviewers, I didn’t have any issue with the keyboard and it’s got a nice smooth-sleek feel to it. I was a little surprised that there’s no USB port, so I had to buy an attachment. To clarify, it does have multiple usb c ports, just the basic usb is no longer present. The touch screen is beautiful and very responsive, exactly as I hoped. I do think it’s a little too flexible for me, but I’m a notoriously clumsy person. It updated quickly and with no issue and beginning setup was quick. You can’t go wrong with this laptop, seriously, it’s amazing!

The touch screen is amazing and the option of turning into a tablet is mind blowing! Only con I found was the outside shows a lot of fingerprints so I will be investing in a cover so that does not drive me crazy. Other than that this is an amazing computer!

Great but has major flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] design and portability are really nice including the built-in samsung software. however, the product is very uncomfortable to hold from the sides because of its sharp and thin sides. also, the entire laptop keeps track of every bit of grease and fingerprints. the s pen works perfectly and is super smooth and comfortable to use with simplicity. however, putting on any type of screen protector will lead to a very uncomfortable feel while usage. the keyboard is really smooth and soothing on the fingers. the webcam isn't the best but is good enough to be used for school or video calls (would not recommend for business meetings). overall, the laptop is very handy, nice and worth every penny.
