this is really a good product. i love it. the only problem is, there is no space like previous samsung laptop to store the pen. there is a risk of losing the pen or dropping the pen.
i hope the new design coming out has taken care of it. if not, then i have to wait until you fix it, before i buy my new laptop.

Design Flaw built into the 15 inch 360 model

The mouse/touch pad on my 15 inch pro 360 is activated through the bottom of the laptop every time go to adjust it or move it in any way. This laptop is only usable if you treat it like a desktop.
DO NOT BUY! This is where me and Samsung split ways if they dont do something about it. Yes its still under warranty

Great, but I keep losing the s-pen

I bought this a year ago, and there have been no issues with screen breakage, although I have heard that opening from the center prevents breakage, which I have been doing since I got it despite not hearing about it. I wish the s-pen magnet was stronger or had a silo because I lost it recently and still have not found it. The laptop works well for art and music production and has a beautiful (but fragile, as I've heard) OLED screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for school

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hybrid laptop for school mainly and wanted to stream movies when I have downtime. I love it and it's very light and sleek. The only complaints I have is that it doesn't get as bright especially when I want to work on homework outside and the sound isn't loud if I wanted to watch some shows with friends. Everything else is fantastic.

If the battery just doesn't feel like it lasts that long anymore, don't lose hope. A function called Smart Battery Calibration can help reset your battery's performance and recalibrate its minimum and maximum charge so you can keep using it to its current maximum capacity. Great compact Laptop and future proof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome laptop for works and entertainment. Usually the popular brands like Dell perform well but their internals are kinda outdated. But Samsung did a great job offering best screen, Bluetooth modems etc that are very new and modern. Overall a great laptop. Ability to charge via USB C is very useful.
