It's alright

I'm a student so I'm not using this laptop to its fullest capacities. It runs anything a student needs pretty smoothly and the fact that the 360 Pro includes a pen is AMAZING. However, the camera (for zoom calls and such) is pretty low quality for a product this magnitude and the price range. The biggest disappointment was perhaps the speakers of the system. It is horrible and I won't say that I can't hear anything from them, but peak volume is very low when watching Netflix and such. However, can't wait to see the improvements in future versions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The laptop is great, but the screen cracks easily

I love the laptop - it drives two USB-C monitors and my USB peripherals through a single USB-C plug, it is very lightweight, and it is the last consumer computer to use EMR pen technology (I can't stand the AES in ipads, surface pro, thinkpads, etc). The hinges seem to be sufficient for the 13" model even if too flimsy for the 15" model. However, the ease of cracking the screen seems to be a very common problem. Like many others, I one day just found the screen to be cracked without any other signs of damage less than two months after buying it, probably due to the flexibility of the screen. I think Samsung went a bit too far in prioritizing weight over durability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

very thin so i'm almost afraid to carry it b/c i feel like it'll slip and hit the floor. the only time i hear the fan running is when i've been on the computer longer than 4 hours and its because im doing heavy game play or watching movies. i haven't experienced any issues or delays in my work because of windows 11. it has a fingerprint id, if you don't like that function then use the pin/password as the alternative. the only downside i could find is having to press fn key and the f1-f12 to select one if its uses gotta figure out how to turn that off. samsung security also give you the option to turn off your camera access and use security screen to give you privacy.

Pros outweigh the cons

i've had this laptop for a week and a half and am really liking it. it is insanely light and thin. it runs really smooth and more importantly, cool. i usually cannot even tell when the fans are running. the performance of i7 and 16gb is great. my geekbench 5 scores were not that much different than the m1 (really surprised me). and the battery life, well, i'm getting 8-9 hours and i have the "battery save" option on so it only charges to 85%. for me, the weakest thing is the screen. i had a 4k laptop prior to this and this one is nowhere near as sharp. but the amoled somewhat makes up for it, and i think brightness could go a little higher but i think it is okay as is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great little laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this laptop. For every day use it has replaced my tablet and my top of the line gaming PC. Overall this is a great tablet and I will list each of the things that I like about it but there are also some things that I do not like.
Likes:
1. The brushed aluminum case really makes this laptop look like a premium product, but it is prone to fingerprint smudges.
2. This laptop weighs less than 3 pounds which makes it really convenient for taking wherever you go.
3. The screen on this laptop folds over so that you can use the device as a tablet. I like this feature whenever I am in a place that I want to use a tablet such as the bed or on the exercise bike.
4. This laptop is blazing fast with fast boot times and the time it takes to open up programs.
5. Long battery life. This laptop has a long battery life. I have found that realistically this laptop lasts me all day or approximately 10 to 12 hours which is very good for what I need but it is far from the 21 hours that Samsung advertises. I would like to note that I imagine you could get 21 hours out of it but as soon as you do anything besides just browsing the internet you cut the battery life.
Dislikes:
1. The Screen is only 1080p. For a laptop in this price range the screen should be either 3k or 4k resolution. Other than the resolution though the screen still looks really good.
2. The webcam looks like garbage and is only 720p. For a laptop in this price range I believe that the webcam should be at least 1080p.
3. The touchscreen is a nice touch but on my laptop along the top edge of the touchscreen near the webcam I have problems switching between webpages in this area using the touchscreen.
4. And lastly when I wake up the laptop I have to wait a little while to access the internet because the laptop takes a little over 10 seconds to connect to my wifi router. While this isn't a huge deal it is something that I notice whenever I want to just pick up this device and check out something on the internet real quick. Also I would like to note that my Samsung tablet and gaming PC do not have this issue.

Lastly I would like to note that for gaming this laptop does not have a dedicated video card so don't expect to be playing Crysis with it, but it will play games like Diablo 3 just fine. Hey I even added the new Mass Effect to this tablet and it was still getting over 40 frames per second.

The reversible screen allows you to flip to tablet mode and the stylus made selecting options, typing and drawing precise. The process to set up an account and begin using was simplified. Took no longer than ten minutes. Quick fast charging and long-lasting battery life keeps you working longer. An intuitive keyboard and overall spacious keys better assist typing needs. Adding apps to meet more needs for work or play makes this a go-to. Overall this is a perfect laptop for a beginner, advanced, or anyone who just likes to have something fun on the go.

Samsung fanboy let down big time

i have no idea how this portable computing device ever was released to market. i saw all the reviews that said the screen was super fragile. i wrote it off as people being clumsy and not wanting to admit they dropped it or whatever. boy, was i wrong. i had this a total of 12 days and i handled it more gingerly than my kids when they were babies. mine did not get dropped, handled roughly, or bumped in the slightest. the most stress this thing received was opening and closing the screen. stay away from this at all costs.
