Great features but poor lid.

I bought the the bronze version of this last month and I discovered that the lid edge near the hinges have dents and the screen is starting to peel off. I requested a return so I can buy another one. The 2nd one the Mystic Navy version came and guess what? It has dents on the same area and there is a small portion of the screen that is peeling off. Although it is not as bad as the first one, it is still a defect. I love this laptop except the defects. For a premium price I would expect it to have top quality. Because of that the design and value is 1 star. Future owners beware and current owners be really careful when you open and close the lid.

Beautiful Laptop!

beautiful and fast laptop! i bought this to replace my 5 year old hp envy x360 and couldn't be happier. i was hesitant about not being able to upgrade ram in the future but the two m2. nvme slots on the 15" model i bought make it more advantageous for my needs anyway. deal with free galaxy buds was great too.

Excellent laptop!

Wanted a large screen in a light mobile package for home and when traveling. I do have an 27inch all-in-one destop but wanted the mobility this offers. I can quickly take it outside or from room to room and even into my workout space while I excercise.This laptop fulfills my needs easily. It is the lightest folding laptop of its kind and yet extremely powerful. With the finger print sensor it takes roughly 5 seconds form start to load, especially when connected to my home wifi.
I used it when traveling on American last month and at my destination and it was fast, light, powerful and loaded my pages quickly without a hitch. I was able to watch 2 Netflix movies on my flight and in one instant had it mounted in the tent position on my seat tray and it was perfect. The colors are vibrant and the blacks are deep. Its a pleasure to watch movies or surf websites on this machine! (I am not a gamer). My one caveat is that the sceen being so bright sometimes there is a bit of a reflection depending on the position you place it. There's also a risk of smudges and attracting finger-prints which is very easily cleaned but there is a possibilytscratches exI got the 15" 16Gs with 1TB storage but, it also comes with expandable memory and an extremely fast charging cable with is compatible with my Samsung tablet and phone/watch.
Definitely so far the best laptop I have own!

Great Product with one major flaw

I bought this laptop as a pre-order when it just came out, and I thought it would be a great machine to study and do business with. The performance is awesome, just got upgraded to Windows 11, however there is one major design flaw. The frame itself is very squeaky. Whenever you move the screen up or down, you hear a squeak, if you lift the computer in the air, you will hear a squeak, and any actual movement of it produces noise. It is very unsatisfying and I wish they did a better job designing this.

Lightweight but with powerful configuration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a laptop during travel on business purposes. So ideally I was looking for a lightweight yet powerful laptop and Galaxy Book Pro 360 satisfied all my requirements. It weighs around 3lb with 15.6 inch screen, 1TB SSD, 16 GB RAM on 11th generation i7 processor. The laptop color "Mystic Bronze" looks fancy and overall I am satisfied with AMOLED screen.
Galaxy Pro Book 360 is very thin, I would say one of the thinnest I have ever seen. There are no HDMI or display connector ports. However there are 3 USB-C ports (1 supports Thuderbolt), 1 microSD card reader and 1 audio jack. The speakers are located at the bottom and though not very powerful, I did not find any issues with the sound.
Battery life is fantastic. I was able to get around 16 hours without charging on medium usage (no gaming but video and lot of open applications). The advertised battery life is 20hours which is pretty handy when on road. Not to mention that this is a 2 in 1 laptop with touch screen, so you can also use it as a tablet or in tent mode if you are watching movies. Samsung has also included S-Pen which comes handy while using the laptop in tablet mode, although I could not find a good place to attach the pen on the laptop.
Overall, I am very impressed with this lightweight and portable Samsung Galaxy Book Pro.

CRACKED Screen

don't buy this. i used it for less than a month. never dropped it. i noticed a hairline crack in the screen. i opened it and the touch screen still worked, everything still worked as expected but there was a long crack from the top left center to the left side, then down to the bottom center.
service center called and said it is not covered under warranty....read all of the number of cracked screens in this section of reviews..... this is a design flaw. i very disappointed as i have purchased many samsung products in the past and thought highly of samsung. but this experience has changed my mind. i won't buy another samsung product. they don't deserve my money.
