Great looking bag, but it has some design issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look and quality is great, but I think I will return mine:
1. Laptop protection is minimum, no padding or anything.
2. No way to secure side zipper(a great way for others to reach into your bag unnoticed)
3. Low back padding is poorly designed, especially when carrying weight, the hard part of the bottom of the bag is just sitting hard on your lower.
4. No chest strap. It might not be clear in the photos here but the top part of the bag is larger than the bottom, which makes things inside and the bag leaning outward. and it will add to point 3.
