Creates a perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my partner for Christmas and we loved it. The instructions were easy to follow and tasted perfect. The size was great to feed a group of 4-6 people and the recipe was simple and 3 ingredients

Possibly a design issue, bowl was to heavy for mix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for myself for Xmas and apon using it today I put it on with a bioche dough, I locked it securely in place and as it began kneading the mixer was moving up and down and i thought it was wobbling a bit too much, i double checked it was securely in place and locked down which it was. I walked to the fridge and started pulling out the additional ingredients and as I turned around the whole mixer moved and fell off the bench and the bowl smashed into peices on the floor. I was really confused and put the standard kitchen aid bowl attachment on and kept kneading with the salvaged dough and it kneaded completely fine. I was pretty disappointed that the bowl is now destroyed when I had high hopes. I was also now worried that my mixer could have damage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing addition to my kitchenaid collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can make my sourdough, prove then transfer back to bake. This does such a great job - removing top half hour in and the BEST sourdough! So glad I opted for this addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this bread bowl as I was struggling to achieve a good crust on bread. With the bread bowl, every time I end up with perfect bread with the added bonus of less washing! My only critique is it gets VERY hot and burns through oven mitts when trying to get it out of the oven.

Great idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this approx month ago. Love the idea of one bowl from prep to bake. Did find however the bowl itself difficult to remove from the lid whilst baking, due to the steam releasing.

Perfect bread making tool
