STOP STATING THAT THE E-FILE FOR A STATE IS $ 25 DOLLARS....

Using for years

I've been using TurboTax for many years and always the right tool for the job even in years with complex issues. I've experimented with other tax software programs to see if I might like better but always come back to TurboTax ultimately.
Only suggestion I would make is for better contextual help and/or links for better understanding of specific issues.

TurboTax Becomes Less Awesome Every Year

There were too many automatic processes done without explanation or user feedback, inputs that needed attention but actually required removing an added form, and a real lack of transparency in the multiple processes within processes. I've been a TurboTax user for over 20 years and I'm really starting to question my loyalty to this product.

Simple, Easy Worth the Money

I really appreciate the easy directions and helpful way that Turbo Tax walks you through the process and offers quickly accessible explanations without interrupting the process. You can click on prompts to define or explain words or terms that allowed me to get more deductions than I would have before. It was completely worth the money for my partner and I do purchase the software for each tax year.
