Turbo Tax is User Friendly

Turbo Tax Deluxe is an awesome product. It is very easy to use. I love the pull down tabs if you need an explanation of what is being asked on your taxes. Very self-explanatory. I have not needed to use the help feature to speak to someone, but it is nice knowing their is an option if you do need help. I have used Turbo Tax for over 35 years. This is a trusted product.. Highly recommend!

TT is good except . . .

Used it as usual this year, but had great difficulty finding information about Form 1116 brought up in TT Check portion. I finally had to go to IRS website, retrieve the form, then find their instruction booklet in order to determine how I should answer the question raised. Sure, I could have gone to TT on-line help, type in the form and question, but that proved too cumbersome. Much, much easier to go to the IRS and quickly resolve my questions and answer the query. First time in many years I've had to do that. Too bad. It would have been so much easier if there were a TT link to some information, but it wouldn't even let me see the full form in the "forms view." Know this technical, but it was disappointing.

Install Stinks

Product did not restart after updates were applied. Did an uninstall via the product and it failed to install the state portion. Had to uninstall through Windows to get the state portion. Credit card information window should be allowed to resize. Had to change toolbar settings to get access to the "Continue" button.
