I like Turbo Tax to file my personal tax returns, but was disappointed that to file the returns - it indicated it would cost $20, but when charging it to my credit card, it cost $25.

even with an accountant degree turbotax was extremely helpful updating all the new tax laws i didnt know.i have used turbotax the last 25 years & would be lost without it.

Too Difficult to Obtain the Downloadable Version

For the past 2 years, it has been difficult to obtain the downloadable copy of TurboTax. When I go to main website, it directs me to the cloud version, which can only be used to complete and file 1 tax return.
