Turbo Tax review

Each year I cannot e-file due to the AGI or pin does not match, I went to the IRS web page and looked at last year's AGI, typed the amount in and still rejected. Been using the same PIN and the return is still rejected. So, I have to print it out and send it in. I see no way of correcting this.

TurboTax helped me recover from unexpected form

I received a Schedule K-1 (Form 1041) after I had filed. Resulted in me having to do amended filing. After some problems with instructions, I was able to complete both federal and state amendments. When opening a form, the Manage Your Forms should be more prominent - I took a while to find the link for amendments. The interview for the Form 1041 asks for the address, and only includes one line. The actual form has a place for the Fiduciary Name from Box C, but there is no place to enter the information. The Form 1041, Box 11B, has a paragraph of explanation that states additional information is required and that you go to another area to enter the information. Fortunately, the one example provided a hint of where the additional information would go for me, but it surprised me that no other hints were identified. It also surprised me that the Property Tax section in deductions did not have a means to reference back to the Form 1041.

Turbo Tax is accurate and a great software.
