Turbo Tax is helpful - but help me save time

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2012, so obviously I like it, and I think it makes my life easier. And, believe me, it got me through some complicated stuff when I was selling stocks options at a previous job, but they need to recognize when they can save me time. They asked me for my checking account routing & account number on one screen, then asked for it again on another. I understand that the 2nd time is for security purposes, but when you pop over from the Fed return to the State return it should at least ask you if you want to use the same account that you just used with the Fed return. And my address, I believe I had to enter that a few extra times. I think Turbo Tax should look for more ways to save the customer (us) time by prefilling more fields.

Worst ever experience

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years. This year was the worst.Some companies that had worked in the past simply would not down load. It is very cumbersome to find an actual form to verify that the data was correct. I get asked to fill in information that should have downloaded in an awkward form. The help screens are not very helpful. Admittedly writing software that will interface with anything out of the IRS has got to be difficult. I have only moderate confidence that I am paying the correct amount.

Charing it twice

I paid the Turbo Tax Deluxe and I filed my tax report for this year's.
And then when I had to file my second state's tax report, they charged me $45 to download the form. Just to download the $45. And then filing for $25 additional???
Seriously?? I was trying to download the paper form and file it by myself but they don't let me do it until I pay. such a bad program

TurboTax could improve!

Product works, but I would like to see these improvements:
1. When registering, the "State" field requires a pull-down click--allow me to type "C" then "O" for Colorado.
2. Windows fill the screen top-to-bottom when opening--allow me to set the size of the window, and TurboTax should remember the size between sessions.
3. IMPORTANT! Allow font size to be adjusted so I can Zoom in. The current fonts are WAY TOO SMALL for old people!
4. When asking to update, how about providing a little info about why I need to update, such as "schedule A has changed" (might be important to me) or "foreign company ownership tax has changed" (not important). Does it, or does it not affect taxes that I have already filed (VERY IMPORTANT)?
5. All text boxes in which you type amounts for example need to allow right click context menu in order to copy/paste.
6. Allow me to "View Forms" and do "EasyStep" at the same time in two different windows. In fact, why can't I open a form in one window, another form in another window, and so on.
7. Allow entries in lists such as 1099-int list to be reordered.
8. Improve editing of entries in note boxes (i.e. allow lines to be cut pasted, lines inserted/deleted, etc.
