TurboTax got me through another tax year!

I appreciate how systematic TurboTax is in going through my tax forms. And the background information on any particular entry is readily available, making it easier to understand what information to enter or skip. Being able to readily compare tax summaries across the years I have used TurboTax makes me more confident in the result, too.

Really frustrated

Turbo tax would not e-file. No reason except "a glitch. Try again, if it doesn't go through you will have to mail in your returns." Very disappointed. There is nothing complicated about our returns. I wonder if the $25 I paid to efile the state return will be reimbursed.

Easy Tax interface

My tax returns have been pretty simple and I have been able to follow along with the questions that Turbo Tax presents to find my best refund. This software is continuously easy to use year after year.

TURBOTAX WAS OKAY..............

WORKING WITH THE TURBOTAX PROGRAM WAS FINE UNTIL THE VERY END.
I ENTERED MY ACCOUNT INFO AND THAT WAS FINE. THE INFORMATION FOR MY ACCOUNT WAS CORRECT AND THEN IT FROZE. I COULD NOT GET PAST THE INFORMATION PAGE TO PAY WITH MY CHARGE CARD. I HAD DONE 10 RETURNS FOR MY FAMILY USING 2 TURBOTAX CD'S ON 2 SEPARATE COMPUTERS. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL THE THIRD CD ON A SEPARATE COMPUTER. THAT'S WHEN SHE FROZE UP. I TRIED GOING BACK TO THE REVIEW SECTION AND ENTERED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. IT STILL WOULDN'T WORK.
SINCE THIS IS VERY CLOSE TO THE DEADLINE WITH A BALANCE DUE TO PAY, FRUSTRATION BEGINS TO SET IN.
