Great tax tool - same old bug(s)

I've used TT for years. It's just been recent (i.e. last year 2021) when I began to experience problems with the file created by TT for saving of incoming tax data. After initial creation (by TT software) and first save, subsequent file saves were not allowed because TT said permissions to update file no longer allowed (my paraphrase). I thought this software glitch would have been solved for this year's taxes, but that is NOT the case. WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED????

Who would continue to purchase a product since 1994 if they didn't trust and believe in their product? I would, that's who. And millions of others do as well, every year.

I have used Turbo Tax for about 8 years and give them an excellent rating. It is user friendly and the more I have used it the more I learn about the system. Turbo Tax makes improvements every year to make it easy to use.
