I like the way that TurboTax walks through all the steps and explains everything. Plus, I love how it remembers all the information from previous years, to mimimize how much information I need to enter.

Gets worse every year

I get dumped into forms that say "fill this out" or numbers with no explanation and I have to go read through instructions. Now I can't get my return to transmit and may as well have done the whole thing manually. I pay a lot of money for business and deluxe. Used to be great 15 years ago but is now terrible

Continuing error in program

Turbo-Tax continues to code Railroad Retirement payments shown on Form RRB-1099-R as Code 3, Disability, when correct code is 7, Normal Distribution. There is no box on RRB-1099-R to show the correct code and the program defaults to the lowest available number. The program will not allow an overwrite of the entry.
