Great Sofware

It is outstanding program. The only things I would like a little more clarity on are the backdoor roth ira and a little clearer instructions for applying refunds to next year's taxes.

AGI Grief

1. Y'all lost my 2021 return. I log into my Turbotax account and it says I didn't file with y'all when I totally did. As such, I couldn't e-file without 2020's AGI.
2. I take responsibility for not printing a paper copy of last year's return but I wasn't able to recall my AGI or my tax return from last year.
3. I had the files on my old computer but it crashed and I lost all my files. RIP.
4. I've had better experiences with Turbotax in years past- this year just kinda sucked.

TurboTax makes it easy

This is my 10th year with TurboTax. I wanted to give 3 or 4 stars this year but not because of TurboTax. The tax forms have gotten really weird.

I have been divorced and on my own for the last 4 years and on a single income turbo tax has made tax season not scary for me and so reliable for me to use.

Glad that TurboTx included all forms, especially 8915-F. Disappointed no information is provided regarding updates. Minimal information would be helpful, e.g., technical software update vs. tax forms/schedule change/update. Confusing when reviewing som questions have to be re-answered instead of just showing box checked previously.

they hide some payments, I was supposed to have 1 state for free and the other paid $25 but I had to pay 2 states
