Never a problem in 30+ years of TurboTax

I've used TurboTax in various forms since 1990 or so, including both personal and business versions, and I've never had an issue with any of the returns I've filed. Some years, I was filing for both employment income and for two businesses. The only time I've ever had to amend a return was due to my forgetfulness.

I have used Turbo Tax from its beginning prior to Personal Tax (back in the 80-90 's. It helps you all along the way, easy to find references and forms needed.

Love Turbo Tax

Great product. Walks you step by step through the process of filing your taxes. Also has the option to skip parts you know or are comfortable with. Gives you confidence in filing your taxes and makes the whole process go significantly quicker.

Software is buggy

I was able to file my taxes ok, but the software is slow and buggy. Every click took about 5 seconds to do anything and the program looked ready to crash numerous tiimes.
