trouble with e-filing

Overall a wonderful way to file taxes. However, lately, for some reason all the updates do not install properly, without a good explanation of why or how to fix. Also, e-filing has failed without enough explanation why. If both AGI and Pin are correct, why is e-file not working.

I have been using Turbo Tax for almost ten years now. I love the ease of use, and the help screens when I need them. I will continue to use Turbo Tax until I'm so old I don't have to file taxes any longer.

Seamless and easy to use. Got stuck a time or two, but the helps or question tabs cleared things up. Been a Turbo Tax guy for over a dozen years. Thanks for a great, and moderately priced, product!!!

Print a screen is only problem

TT is great but has one defect that it has had for years that you will not fix. Hence my rating of a 3. I want a quick, easy way to print what is on the computer screen. I also want ore data that I can print......year to year, etc.
