Using TurboTax for over 22 years

No issues this year with the software or reaching a specialist.
It is not free for most of us users. Filing MD state return said 20 USD fee but when you continue to pay it is now 25 USD. This is the case for several states; MD, SC, etc. It is only 5 USD but it is the principle.

TurboTax Does theJob Very Well

TurboTax was even better than last year. It offered suggestions, pointed out possible errors and included even more details in its instructions.

Used Turbo Tax for 20 years!

Turbo Tax has been a very dependable product. This year had one problem with the program insisting I needed to fill out and 8812 form for child tax credit. The program would not accept my entry of $0. After and hour of frustration I got online and discovered this was a very common problem that had not been addressed in the updates. Finally able to use suggestions from others to complete my taxes correctly.
