CANNOT PRINT!!

Everything going fine until time to print, even the preview copy. I've saved it as a PDF but cannot print from that either. Must be a system glitch.

A little disappointed

I had some trouble with this product. I did my son's taxes and he had bought and sold some cryptocurrency. I checked yes to the required box about virtual currency. However, the software did not guide me in entering the sale or ask me any further questions. I had to google instructions on this, which I found after reading other's experiences on this.
On the check the return at the end, I had warnings I could not find to fix. It would take me to the form, but if I clicked to take me to the step-by-step instructions, it would not take me to the Item I needed to fix. I had to go through several areas to finally find what I was looking for. The software seemed to only want to take me to things I had already done correctly, and not to the area I needed to fix - other than just the actual form.

Turbo Tax makes tax filing easy

Turbo Tax 'almost' makes tax filing something to look forward to .. but I'm getting too old for this. The nice thing however is .. no matter how old I 'get' Turbo Tax always walks me painlessly through the entire process for IRS and State tax filing. Thanks TTax !
