Lots of bugs this year

This year, it gave me errors on my return but didn't tell me what the error was. I had to go in manually and figure out that a single box needed to be checked and the guide never asked me a question about that box. It also told me I needed to print and mail form 8453 this year but didn't tell me that I also needed to submit that with form 8949 but it didn't guide me to print 8949. I had to read the form to figure out what I was supposed to do, then go into my tax forms and find and print 8949. Also had other miscellaneous errors this year. Made me feel less confident in the product. Might shop different brands next year. It also had me enter all of my school expenses when it already had my AGI, then, after 20 minutes of entering my expenses, it told me my AGI was too high for the school credit...so why did it tell me that after my expenses when it already knew I was over the threshold? Felt very sloppy this year.

Dont Actually Print the Retuern

Before filing when print a copy for review, dont actually print it. Allowing user to save a copy electronically. Also, I cannoy fine ITRS pin entry in federal retur. Please also include that in step by stp.

TurboTax could improve in many areas

Been a TurboTax user since 1997, many areas have improved, but many obvious areas could be further improved. Here are some items:
1. Your lists of available forms would be easier to navigate if they were in alphabetical order or in sub-groups that were in alphabetical order.
2. Some of your icons appeared to be "grayed out" and not available, when in fact they are.
3. Some of your file names are misleading. For example, I file a 1040-SR form, but when I try to look for this form it only exists as a 1040.
4. Reviewing my taxes before submitting should be easier. Your process takes me to your website where I have to read how to review my taxes. Then it takes me to a link that shows all the forms on a minimized display. To many steps...
These are the immediate ones that come to mind.

TurboTax makes me re-enter data it already has.

When it gets to the how to get the refund and apply to your bank account it requires you to enter the same data you enter for federal and state over again. If I enter it for federal why do I have to enter it again. It increases my frustration by asking me to enter data I have already entered at least once.

Tubro tax was just ok this year. Everytime there was an update it never would install. It required me to delete the current version and reinstall to get the updates.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
