OK Tax solution

Vague questions. Not much help online. Really hard to pay the 25 state fee because the window cuts off bejing my brand new Windows 10 laptops task bar :-(

Turbo Tax E-filing Issues

Turbox Tax preparation is awesome, but I can never e-file without being totally rejected, to the point I have to mail the forms. Their help in this area is highly lacking

I'm getting disillusioned with TurboTax

Had to enter the data twice. The first time was rejected for a "corrupt file". Didn't download the previous year's return, so I had to start all over. Not acceptable.
