When I ran into a problem, the first ever, I was helped on the Help Line expertly and quickly. I use Turbo Tax every year!!!!

your product is great with one exception. When you say that the state tax file is free, why do we have to pay 25 dollars? Even with deluxe.

The only problem I have is with my pension income. It always asks if it is a "RMD" . It is not, but always says that that is not the normal, If I say "YES", it messes with my state tax. What should it be?
