Have used T.T. for many, many years. One of the things I really like is that if something looks wrong, or questionable, I can easily look at the worksheets it used and find the information I didn't know about. Therefore I can fully understand the results.

Why pay more?

My daughter files her taxes every year for free online, federal & state. I don't understand why I buy this program for $50 & pay to file my state for $25?? $75 for what? When my daughter uses turbotax online for free??

Very frustrating...no access to appropriate help

I have been using turbo tax for many years, however this year 2021's product did not recognize last years work. My return was rejected and I ended up having to print and mail them. Not sure why I paid the money for the product
