Gift items need improved

I do not know where my educational gift to my grandchildren, such as NY 529 should be entered. Since that involves large amounts, I feel I am missing some important tax credit.

Most of the features are easy to use but when it comes to actually e filing, it's confusing. I'm not even sure my payment when through to the government, but my payment wen through for using my credit credit. Why did I need to pay for the free State filing. Next year I'll just print and mail. Less drama.

It took me forever to try to get things entered. The instructions were confusing and hard to understand. Even now, I'm not sure if the returns are correct. It took forever to accomplish and it kept taking me to places that I didn't need

Works pretty good. Sad to see some features are moved to the more expensive version. Also, the support area hasn't been updated as it should for newer situations. Example: I haven't received my 2020 refund and IRS requires I put in $0 for 2020 AGI RIGHT AT the time I'm submitting/efiling my return(not earlier in the process). Kept searching support for where to key this in. Finally found the answer after "Googling" the question.
